Morecambe Community Church isn't just community in name. We're a mixed bunch of all ages, backgrounds, walks of life and experiences - bit like an extended family.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to help people become fully devoted followers of Jesus.
We do that actively and deliberately through West End Impact, the charity we founded alongside MCC.

Christ-Centred
Jesus Christ and the Good News of His death and resurrection is the centre of our faith and our church.

Balance
Our church is biblically balanced in teaching because one truth presented as the whole truth is deception.

Openness
God is the boss in our church.

Worship
The expression of an intimate relationship with God in our lives and in the life of our church.

Acceptance
In our church everybody is accepted as a person loved by God whatever the race, social or spiritual background or spiritual maturity.

Outreach
Our church actively takes the Good News to people.

Relevance
The way our church communicates the Good News of Jesus Christ is adapted to the needs of the people.

Freedom
Our church wants to see people living in the freedom of the Spirit of the Lord in every aspect of their daily lives.

Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
Wholeness
Our church wants every person to reach his or her full potential in Jesus Christ.

Let us hold resolutely to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to spur one another on to love and good deeds.

God and the people our church serves deserve the best we can do with what we have.
