   great to see so many people come to pray - know its a bit different to what some are used to but is all about getting into God’s presence and waiting on Him and seeking His heart for morecambe area and beyond. also to be able to lift people up to Him in prayer, whether for healing, difficult circumstances or just cos they don’t yet know Him.
   it’s also an oppertunity for personal focus on God and deepening own relationship with Him.
   i sincerely hope that this has been a reality for at least some of you.
   well, that’s my prayer

   Thanks Zofia for organising yesterday
   I don’t really know what i thought wold happen yesterday.
   But in my mind i guess i expected a day of prayer for the church.
   It was clear from the out set that God had other things planned
   I cannot describe what i experienced yesterday
   I have been a christian for 13 years
   But never have i experienced the power of God like yesterday
   I am completeley awe struck by what i saw felt and heard yesterday
   I have been to many meetings and different christian events but yesterday was something else

   I entered the room and as we sat there in stillness it was like God peeled my brain back and just opened up my mind i felt a huge excitment and was amazed at what he showed me and how quickly that hour went

   People i met with yesterday just could not wait to get back to the prayer room life just seemed pointless all that was important was what went on in that room

   The second time i wanted to record what i had seen the first time as it was so powerful but as i painted and expressed my thoughts across the paper i was drawn to what was happening in the quiet room

   i went and sat a bit uneasy at first should i pray should i read

   i am not good at quiet or keeping still but as i sat there i knew i should just wait

   After a while i just felt like i was over powered by a feeling i can’t describe so powerful and uplifting i felt

   i can’t describe it then as i prayed i felt like my heart had been broken and fixed i felt no funny thoughts or worries just an amazing joy
   then as others prayed i just saw and heard that God was really showing people who he really was and as that grew people where getting stronger

   after that as we sang there was such joy

   i am amazed that a group such as ours can fill a prayer rm for 24 hours with such a diverse mix of people
   i am sure therewill be many stories of what God did yesterday

   It you have never experienced a room like this you need to

   Although i intended to go back last night and for circumstances beyond my control i could not i don’t feel robbed or guilty

   I have an amazing feeling of excitment today

   I look forward to continuing this journey

   The main lesson i learnt yesterday was that in relationships the most important thing is spending time and listening
   not just thinking what you think is going on

   not weighing up the situation in your own mind but spending time

   Thank you everyone who spent time in that room yesterday i knowthere where many special moments

   can’t wait till next time

   what an amazing day it was - it was important to come without an agenda, and God did things for me that I really didn’t expect. I can’t really put it into words and I only shared my experience with some poor unfortunate who happened to come to the pray meeting just after I had been blown away by GOD. HE is so awesome and just being in HIS presence makes a world of difference. When I walked out after my first session of 2 hours, I had a strange sense of ‘what is really real’, being so obviously in GOD’s presence or walking out into the rest of the world and everyday life. It was like there were 2 definite realms - sounds weird I know but GOD was doing some supernatural stuff down in the cellar and it was awesome. I can’t wait till we do it again, and I am so looking forward to reading through all the things that were written, and drawn and painted throughout the 24hours. I was astounded at some of the people who came and were prepared to spend time with GOD in the early hours and stay for hours, but I must admit I certainly didn’t want to come away.

   I came for about an hour and met Mich and Domonic, prayed for a while and talked with dom too it was very peacefull and i left some prayer messages and a mini letter to God.

   Thanks to all the people who arranged this it was a good time to pray.

   I think it was a great 24 hours, although sadly I only managed to be there for 2nd hour, and the last hour. Well done Zofia on the bacon butties

   The sense of peace was incredible I felt, nice to have the opportunity to push through, rather than just give up.
