Hi folks,
Just thought I’d let people know about our youtube profile page at http://www.youtube.com/user/mccuk1
There’s not a lot there at the moment apart from a recording of the worship band, I thought we could put the recordings of the messages there, but you can only upload 10 minutes per video. Still - there are a load of favourites to do with Jazz, which should give you an idea of what some of the band are really into
Hopefully we’ll have more content to upload after the platform event, including some live stuff.
Thanks, Neil
p.s. Just thought I’d add to this - if you sign up to YouTube (free!) and subscribe to this channel, you will be e-mailed every time a new video gets added!
i was looking into finding a bank account was more ethically sound than the one I’m currently with and I came across this at Lloyds TSB - the Sharia approved Islamic student account “so you can benefit from a great package of benefits and services plus the promise that your money is managed in a way that reflects your faith.” Lloyds Website
It’s sad that the banks don’t feel that Christian’s faith is substantial enough to require higher standards of ethics from their services, but do feel it necessary to offer an alternative service to Muslims. I would like to know that my money was managed in a way that reflects my faith aswell.
Wow we have a bit of a challenging series going on at MCC at present. Last weeks sermon on Community was a cracker. Well done Emma. She is so articulate and comes out with some thoughts that really keep you thinking all week. I guess I have had a lot of time to think this week. Anyway next week we move on and part of the topic is healing although that’s not the whole message. So don’t miss out come and join us to see how Jesus can impACT your life. Just a little question to get you thinking and writing. Why do you think that Jesus doesn’t always heal? Or maybe you think He does but it’s all our fault when He doesn’t. An interesting debate and one long discussed by many Christians, maybe a little over discussed, but I just thought I’d throw the cat amongst the pigeons. Look forward to Sunday Emma!!! and the rest of you of course.

We now have a new way of raising money with very little effort for West End Impact. Just bring in your empty ink cartridges and when we have enough we send them away in return for cash. So please everyone, help the environment and help a very worth while cause by collecting your empty ink cartridges and dropping them in to West End Impact 12-14 Heysham Road, Morecambe. Epson ink cartridges are the only ones we can’t use. Your help is very much appreciated, thank you.
